Our chef Aldo opens his door and will take you step by step in the creation of home.made tagliatelle, ravioli, tortellini and gnocchi paired with different tomato-based sauces. If you prefer pizza, we offer a cooking class teaching the preparation of our local flat bread know as torta al testo. After your class, you will move to the Caravaggio Restaurant. There you will enjoy your creations, along with sliced local meats (made from the famous Cinta Senese pork), local cheese, and wine.
