The cuisine that Aldo Mosca Umbrian by adoption but originally from Puglia, prepares here at the Hotel Bramante is inspired prevalently by the local area. Recipes are modified, so that tradition and innovation are perfectly combined, while always respecting the ingredients to preserve their qualities and original tastes.
Culinary suggestions which mix the Umbrian traditions with those of Puglia and the other regions of Italy, drawing inspiration from Italy’s oldest and noblest recipes.
The Hotel Bramante is particularly proud of its cake shop, which can prepare rich buffets of sweets, with “semifreddi” and cakes, puddings and pastries. A different wine is matched to each different desert to give the best combination of tastes. The menus are chosen according to the season and the occasion.
At the Hotel Bramante, in fact, we host ceremonies, functions, banquets, business lunches, drinks, cocktails and barbecues, making use of, according to the occasion and the weather, both the elegant function rooms and the outside terrace and poolside area with its great view.
